booking and Cancellations

All requested trips require 12-24 hours advanced booking. If you wish to cancel for a full refund, we require that you notify us 36 hours before your trip time. Any no shows will be charged the full trip cost.

We want you to have a safe and enjoyable time with us, so we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather.


PAYMENT

We request your credit card information upon booking to secure your reservation. We will not charge your card until the time of the trip or in the event that you do not show up. We accept payment with any major credit card through Square, however cash or payment through Venmo are preferred. Trip Advisor reviews and gratuities are gladly accepted.


What to Bring

The boat is well equipped with safety equipment, lifejackets, snorkeling gear, a cooler, sunscreen, and non-alcoholic beverages. We have children’s lifejackets on board, but you are welcome to bring your own if your child has one that is comfortable for them. Please bring your own towels, beverages, cups, and a warm layer as it can get chilly on the water.
